Marketplace and Impact Measurement UI Login Issue

Resolved

For about 15 minutes, we experienced an issue where users may not have been able to login to the Marketplace UI or Impact Measurement UI. This issue was the result of downtime experienced by our authentication provider. We will continue to monitor the situation. This issue is currently resolved.
