Update - This update is to let you know we are continuing to work through the challenges arising from the recent data centre migration. Several teams are looking into this as a matter of urgency. While there are a few things we have implemented, it is too early to tell whether we have alleviated the situation.

While we continue to diagnose and resolve the issues, the Cint platform remains online with intermittent poor performance across a range of services including our applications, APIs, panel products, respondent experience and reporting.

We have implemented a solution and are monitoring recovery of these applications. They may continue to work in a slightly degraded state while recovering.

We are still investigating an issue that is impacting the Panelist Reward Service.
