Cint Platform Issue: Cint Exchange UI Not Loading

Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Investigating - We are investigating an issue with the Cint Exchange UI as per which that UI is not loading for some users and the loading operation is timing out. Clearing the cookies for the site exchange.cint.com or loading it in an incognito window solves the issue. Our team is working on some additional fixes for the same to ensure normal functionality and we will keep you posted with further updates.

Resolved - We experienced a period of degraded performance with the Marketplace Respondent Experience. Respondents may have experienced errors while attempting surveys and some Marketplace users may have experienced errors when testing the respondent flow. This issue occurred between 2025/01/07 18:25 UTC and 2025/01/07 19:45 UTC and is now resolved.

Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Investigating - We are experiencing issues with our Marketplace UI and Cint Exchange platform and the corresponding Supply, Demand and Respondent APIs. Users may intermittently encounter errors when accessing the Marketplace and Cint Exchange UI and performing various actions on the platforms such as checking project details, new survey creation, survey cloning and modification. Respondent Experience is also affected. Our team is actively investigating the problem and working to restore full functionality as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and will provide updates as we have them.
