Hello,

While the Cint platform is online, we wanted to let you know that we are aware of an issue that was preventing users to be able to login and use Access from 10:53 AM CET to 11:03 AM CET. Ongoing projects were not affected.

We firstly want to apologize to any users who have had their work impacted in any way by this occurrence.

We confirm that the performance is back to normal for Access. The issue was caused due to supporting infrastructure facing partial outage. Our team has fully addressed and fixed the cause of the problem and is closely monitoring the platform to make sure your work can continue without any obstacles.
