We will be conducting an emergency 1 hour maintenance window on Friday, November 1, 2024 at 9:00AM UTC to 10:00AM UTC

The maintenance window will affect the following products:

- Lucid Marketplace UI & API
- Cint Exchange
- Theorem UI
- Supply API (OTS)
- Supply Match
- Impact Measurement UI & API
- Marketplace Respondent Experience (RX)

The enhancements made during the maintenance window will improve product platform stability and performance response times.

We request that suppliers pause traffic before the start of the maintenance window to reduce the risk of a poor respondent experience. Customers do not need to pause studies; everything will return to normal after the maintenance and customers do not need to take any actions.
