We experienced an issue with the respondent experience for Access/Access Pro wherein degraded performance was observed. Impacted respondents for the affected platform component may have experienced errors when navigating the respondent experience. The issue was observed today intermittently between 02:30 PM UTC to 4 PM UTC. The issue has since been resolved.
